Medication Synchronization is a program available at the Good Life Pharmacy to help coordinate your medication refills so you are able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day instead of multiple days throughout the month. Having all of your medications ready at the same time means less confusion and greater adherence to your medication regimen.
To begin, you can schedule a counseling session to review your medications. Each month you can discuss your regimen with the pharmacist to review recent hospitalizations or changes in medication therapy which may have resulted in new prescriptions or dose changes.
